1. My reflection on Flat Classroom Projects is that it is a collaborative, interactive, communitive site that is used as a way of communication from all parts of the world. For the Flat Classroom Project, I was assigned with the group of Connecting the World from online. My task was to research ways of communicating across the world through online resources, and post up my information by creating it into a presentation slide. Flat Classroom Project was used in a good way because it was a helpful way of connecting with people from all areas around the world. Flat Classroom was also not good because, the layout of the site is as if it were a "Myspace or Facebook". It contains information about you, your age, school, what you are "thinking" at the moment, your friends, and a lot of confidential information that should not be allowed on online resources for people to see. Flat Class Room could be improved by finding a better way of communicating with your partners from online because during my project, i found it very hard to communicate and stay in touch with my partners, and got very little information from them.

2. My favorite internet tool used in class was the ability to make your own website. When we created our websites, we had the access to getting any kind of information we found to include into it. The topics i researched were Strawberrys and Monkeys. I find both topics very interesting and fun! I ended up finding out a lot of information about each individual topic more than i have ever known before! I thought that was a great project to do because not only does it help you retain new information, you can actually enjoy what you are doing and have fun!

3. I think the subjects that we have discussed in class will be very useful in and out of school. We have talked about internet safety, to not plagarize, helpful ways of researching topics, locating places, communicating with friends, family, and people from all around the world, how to create your own website-if someday you make an online store and create items and gadgets to put on there, and much more! All of these items will become very helpful and useful in the future.

4. Collaboration to me, means connecting and coming together to work on a project, event, or whatever it may be. I believe it is helpful because it brings people from across the world working with someone from a different country, or even the U.S. It makes you realize how important it is to work together as one, make sure you get things done on the deadline, gathering information, and how communicating can par take in such an important role throughout this world.

5. I believe the internet 10-15 years from now will affect who we are as citizens of the world. I believe it will affect us in a good way. Computers and Cellphones didnt come out until the 20th century. Now as you look today, people are communicating and using the internet through their phones, on the computers, and everywhere around us. As of today, our world is up to technology, but 10-15 years from now, i guarantee there will be more gadgets dealing with online internet sources aiding with a school project, financially, reasearch, shopping, word documents, emailing, social media sites, and so much more! When collaborating online a lot of things may get in the way. Such as: If your on a school project wensite like Flat classroom project, and your awaiting for a partners request so you can be there friend, and they never confirm, that could put you behind and you may not be able to par take in the project any further because you dont have that information you need from them.

6. I believe it is very important to cite your information that you get from other cites because you dont want to be caught or accused of plaigarism.

7. You could set your confidential information on private on any social meida site or when you apply to buy something on a website, dont put out any information about where you live or how much money you have on the internet, dont give out your number, and more importantly dont talk to strangers, be smart!!!

2.Candy -O- Matic

In this experiment, it shows you how much and how many different kinds of candies. Every type of candy has a set temperature of what it has to be, and it can be made. It also gives you tips and information of the individual candy you are experimenting or on any other candies you would like to research.

3. Remote Control Roller

In this experiment, the materials you will need are a soda can, balloon, and your hair. put the soda can on its side on a flat ground surface, then get a balloon and rub it very fast and quickly across your head, Hold the can about and inch or so from the can, and it will start rolling due to the electrons from the friction of the balloon to the soda can.

4. Scavenger Hunt

In this experiment, it explains how not only do we eat meats, yet we use it daily, and dont even realize it. Some meat products are found in makeup, film, wax paper, deterogent, lotion, shampoo, "china set", strings, sugar, tires, marshmallows, and plywood.

5. Your Weight on Other Worlds

In this experiment, you calculater you weight here on earth, and then under each planet, it has a space where you fill in your normal weight, and when you submit your weight on all the planets, then it will tell you what your weight would end up being on all of the planets in our solar system.

Lightning in your mouth

materials you need are a pack of winter green mints, a dark room, and a mirror. It is said that once you bite down into the mint, a spark and glittering appears in your mouth showing off a blue light. the winter green oil that is in the mint gives off the ultravilet light which we see as blue.

Today i researched on my topic about connecting the world online. I looked on Creative COmmons and it gave me some ideas. I already made a request on my outsource video and next class i am planning on making my outsourse video, hopefully.

Today I researched and looked up more information on connecting the world online. I tried contacting and getting a hold of the people in my group but they havent been able to tell me or get the chance for me to see how much information they have collected, so far i only saw the information i posted from our group. if i need to i will post more information, but i would be nice for the others to atleast contact me and do their job in the project.

Today I worked on the flat classroom project website by looking up people from my group to see if they have gathered any information that deals with our topic, but no one from my group has communicated back with me so i dont know how much information they have collected, although i have collected quite a bit of information; dealing with connecting the world online.

Today i researched and sited my sources. So far i have four different sources and watched clips from previous projects over my topic, "Connecting the World Online." I think it is very interesting because i have learned a lot about the internet and how important its usage is throughout the world online.
